1. Introduction

auctioning.uk ("We", "Us", "Platform") provides a domain marketplace for Dutch-style domain auctions.

By using the site, the user agrees to the following terms.

2. Eligibility

Users must be:

• At least 18
• Able to enter binding contracts
• Owner of any domains listed

3. Fees

• £1 listing fee
• No commissions
• Buyer pays Nominet transfer fee
• £1 listing fee is non-refundable

4. Domain Ownership

Seller must legally own domain at time of listing and at time of sale.

5. Auctions

• Dutch auction model
• Prices drop automatically
• Buy Now purchase is binding
• No cancellations after listing fee payment

6. Payments

Stripe handles all payments. We do not store card details.

7. Transfers

• Buyer and seller must complete transfer within timeline
• Failure may result in account penalties

8. Prohibited Behaviour

• Fraud
• Self-buying
• Trademark infringement
• Multiple accounts
• Abusive conduct
• Attempting to bypass fees

9. Liability

Auctioning.co.uk is not responsible for:

• User disputes
• Transfer delays
• External registrar failures
• Lost profits
• Any misuse of the platform

10. Account Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

• Rule violations
• Low competence
• Fraud or abuse
• Legal requests

11. Amendments

We may update the Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
